You've worked with hundreds of successful high-profile personalities, but can you give examples of when everyday people have used this program and its impact on their confidence and life in general?
Usually, you will find that our programs are purchased by Directors and filtered down to their teams, so when people access it, they initially think of it in the context of work. Then the reality is that in those first parts of the first session, their thoughts will drift away from the workplace. They will drift away to thinking about their little boy, who is ten years old and he's about to go from little school to big school. They'll drift to their daughter, who's sitting exams, right? Or to a different, personal challenge. And that is important because what you've then got is you're on to an issue that's critical for them. Now if they can then use these tools and techniques to translate that into actions of the way they talk to their son or the way they speak to their brother or whomever it might be and they see a response, you've got them hooked, then and we have got so many examples of that.
I'm thinking of one now where this guy, It's March, and his kid is doing his A Levels in May. And he wants to go to Edinburgh University, but at this point, he's just not doing any revision, and he's well out of time, and his teachers are concerned about him. It's not happening. So we started to talk to the dad for probably half an hour, and he knew my principles anyway because he'd been through the program, and I just asked him to apply them to that situation. And for the first time, he changes how he talks to his son about University instead of getting on his case about not revising. He starts building the picture of what it will be like when he gets to University, why he wants to get there and what he wants his life to be like in this specific case. This kid said, well, I'd be able to get a little Mini, and I'd get a new leather jacket and stuff, and that's all it was. So instead of getting him to think about the negatives, the Father gets his son to think about being in Edinburgh with the Mini, with the new leather jacket, taking his guitar out, and joining a band playing in the pub, right? And all of a sudden, as if by Magic, the kid starts revising. Instead of C's, he gets B's in his A Levels, and he gets into University. Now that is an excellent example of a two-month turnaround. So
This is a brilliant example of how, in such a short time, the Son achieved success, but, as importantly, the Dad created a colossal reference site for his confidence. He can use this in the business, and he's almost going to use it on his little boy to test it(so to speak), and then he's going to take it into the business because he knows it works.
We get thousands of stories like that all the time from people who can see the relevance of this great set of principles that we teach them in the nuts and bolts and the fabric of daily life, and they use it everywhere.
